Foehn & Hirsch HDMI DVD player noise problem?

Hello there,

Being on a tight budget I recently bought a £22 Foehn & Hirsch HDMI DVD player from ebuyer. However I notice that when I play a DVD and the unit is doing a search or fast forward or chapter skip the player makes a kind of high pitch whining/whistling/squeeking type of noise (or something like that!). I went back to the ebuyer website and read through all of the reviews for this machine but there was no mention of any noise bein made as described above.

If any one else on this forum has bought one of these players could you please let me know if yours also makes some sort of audible noise?... I need to know if this is normal for this player or if mine has a fault with it.
