Married, Single, Other
Anybody else watching this on a Monday night 9pm ITV1, can't decide if I like it or not, Lucy Davis and Ralph Little cannot act for toffee it's so bad. The ambulance driver bloke really irritates me I want to slap him, such a wet fart with his bird.

Missus has been watching this and I've been semi-watching. She loves it however I'm not too sure. Acting is poor, storylines are predictable and its nowhere near as good as Cold Feet. I'll probably stick with it for a couple more episodes but if it doesn't improve will give up.

Miranda Raison is a good reason to watch this.

Please upload images to your own webspace.
She should have remained as Jo in Spooks.

It's watchable Monday night fluff. Which for ITV, is a massive step up from their usual output.
None of the characters are too unlikable. The small child has ENORMOUS eyes though, which is a bit freaky. ![]() They seem to have gone out of their way to make Lucy Davis look as plain as possible, & Ralf Little as greasy as possible, & I was quite disturbed by the appearance of comedy-vacuum Gina Yashere in an 'acting' role in the first episode. As has been said, it's not a patch on Cold Feet, but what is? |

Why does Lucy Davis have to over act her face movements when she talks, its ******* annoying, like she has twitch fetish.
The theres Ralph (keanu reeves facial expression) little, this could have been a very good little drama if those 2 were decent actors as the rest (apart from moonface ambulance driver man) are all pretty decent.

Once again drawing attention to the total miscasting of Ralf Little was this priceless line from the overly greasy string-bean:
'I haven't gone without sex for a month since I was 15!' Riiiiiiight.... ![]() & I was waiting for there to be something wrong with Gina Yashere's character by the end of the episode. But no, it seems she's just a miserable, angry *****! (or was that supposed to be funny?) ![]() Still, Miranda Raison doing yoga is always a plus...

I think it's ok. Yes, it's predictable fluff, but I wouldn't say it's awful. I've seen far, far worse.

The little kid is unbelievably annoying - really winds me up. His eyes are just pure black as well - what's going on there?
