Small LCD TV for kitchen - recommendations?

After a 19-22" TV for the kitchen but really after the best sound. I know sound is never great in flatscreens but there must be some out there that are better than others - loudest, best bass etc. so we can hear over all the kitchen noise?

Any recommendations?

Cheers!

Theres really not much choice in the small TV department these days. Only really LG and Samsung seem to have any choice at all.

By all accounts the Sony ones have the best sound, but are pricey. The samsungs are awful sound wise. I have the 22B450 and its not good.

As for the LG ones, I never found one nice enough to consider.

If you find one with a decent vertical viewing angle at around the 22/23" size, let me know...

Most of the ones I've seen are terrible once a few degrees lower than square-on to the screen.

We've got a kichen/diner setup, and they would be fine if angled for standing up, say cooking/doing the washing up (so the wife would be fine... ) but once sat down to eat you'd hardly see a thing.

I'd love to replace our 19" LG one with something a bit bigger but can't find anything useable !

If you want something really small ASDA sell a 7" freeview unit thats also an MP3 and media player/photo frame. Has USB and SD slots. About £50.

The cost of the PS3 is an outrage - its far too low. I would willingly sell my house and all my possessions to help fund Sony and buy more of its wonderful products.
