Itunes Music GONE - please help!!

Hi all

I'm having a real problem with my Itunes folder and need some help please!

I recently installed the new 9.0.3 version of Itunes, and bought the wife and Ipod Touch the other day. The idea was I would create her an account for her Ipod and she could pick and chose from the CD albums I've uploaded.

Trouble is, when I opened Itunes my Library doesn't appear to be there. On music the first link on the top lef of course, all I get instead of the grid view of all my music, all I get is a white screen with MUSIC in big letters, followed by a picture of a bag with a download tutorial link, and a CD upload tutorial link... but no music!

I've tried to go into the preferences and point it in the right direction as the music is still on the hard drive when i look at the itunes folder in my computer - but nothing...

This is most annoying and I really some help - please!
All help is greatly appreciated...

Have you tried to add the music folder manually? Go to File -> add folder and then choose your music folder and this should import everything in.

I've occasionally seen a new version of iTunes reset the library path to the default.

You can also try holding down the shift key, then click on iTunes. This will let you browse to your library file and select it.
