Hisss (2009) Jennifer Lynch's Snake Woman Horror Film.

I've been anticipating this one for a while, and at last a very tasty teaser trailer has surfaced. Jennifer Lynch, director of Boxing Helena & Surveillance tackles a far eastern myth of a 'shapeshifting snake woman'.

Sounds good, eh? Well, the trailer looks fantastic, and recalls many of the jungle exploitation flicks of old, with some neat fx work and sultry ladies.

Great poster too.

And the trailer..

A very stupid title that makes it appear comical.
Could be good, although the trailer shows far too much. She should've just called it Snake People as it instantly makes me think of the Cat People (1982).

That looks actually quite good. I'm a sucker for creature features anyway.

they definitely show too much of the creature, but Irfan Khan's in it and I'd watch CCTV footage if he was the lead.

I thought that as well. That screen grab for the above trailer looks like a direct shot from Cannibal Holocaust.

BH was bad but I enjoyed Surveillance. This looks promising

At least she's not selling this one off the back of her dad's name.
