PC World 110% price match guarantee

I wonder if anyone here knows what PC World's 110% price match guarantee conditions are ?

I had cause to go into PC World today and try to get a price match on an item in a local store. They had the item, their price was cheaper than PC World, but the manager refused to do the 110% price match because he said the item in the other store was on special offer.

I argued that the poster on the wall at PC World made no mention whatsoever about sale or special offers, it simply mantioned about finding the items cheaper in any local retail store.

Also, if you go into PC World and tell them that an item is cheaper elsewhere, am I obliged to provide proof to them that this is the case, as they said it wasn't up to PC World to check the price, it was up to me to prove it to them.

As you can see, they weren't particularly helpful.
