Aye you won't struggle for a game, if I can get a game on PSN you shouldn't have any worries on Live. I found Capture the Little Sister was the best game mode for levelling up.
They released some free DLC as well last week, its a melee only deathmatch mode - pretty crap tbh.

Its a problem in all the big games in my opinion, Halo and CoD being two of the more obvious ones. I picked up BF BC2 last week and although I was rank 1 I was getting matched against guys that have played 100+ hours, turns out most of them were just whipping boys that have played the game an excessive amount to rank up but its not really the point when games are perk based.

Certainly looks slick enough but no real advancement on the visuals, more like Bioshock 1.1

I've read reports of the 360 version freezing online, but mine's froze on single player twice in two days.
Is this a known problem too? Funnily enough, it's only happened to me since the recent patch. |

well the online side appears pants. first game was all over in 1 minute, which seemed kinda quick. then i was disconnected in the 2nd and couldnt get back on.
Did get 2 achievements though ![]() its being sold tonight, no point keeping it for MP, or for the prospect of 30 whole pointsfor redoing it all on hard!! |

Finally picked this up (for £12.99 brand new in GAME!) and am loving it. Big fan of original and this is a worthy enough sequel. Few things still bugging me (like having to hold a button and press another button to reload plasmid and the still awkward if much improved hacking system) but everything's been notched up enough - Big Daddy battles, Big Sister battles, protecting the Little Sister battles, Brute Splicer battles!

I liked it well enough, if mostly for the atmosphere of Rapture again, but there are no standout setpieces that compare with the best of the first. Still a decent-enough effort though.

Enjoying it here, but I hate the lack of customisation available in the controls.
Specifically clicking the left stick to crouch. I keep doing it by mistake

I rented and completed this last week and loved it. Some of the fights are mental with so much going on. Very enjoyable sequel.

I'm liking the way you can pick which Adam-filled corpse to have your Little sister harvest... Choose the ground you'll fight on, and prep it accordingly, so to speak.
I had one brilliant fight where just as I got to the corpse, another Big Daddy and Little Sister arrived and tried to harvest it. I got in just before she did ( Not sure what happens if you try to harvest while another LS is already doing so ) so I had to do nothing to hold the Splicers off - the Rumbler did all the work for me!

Saw this for £9.99 brand new in Game today - does it matter that I haven't played the 1st game?

I'd go through the first game before starting on the second, just to get the back story, introduction to rapture and meet the big daddies - they aren't quite as scary in the second game for obvious reasons.

Completed last week with the good ending. Brill game, liked the tightly packed length more than the drawn out first game and I don't think I could ever go back to not being able to have your guns and plasmids out at the same time again.
Great sequel |

I thought it was better than the first one, you can play this one first if you wish, but the first one is well worth playing as well..

Anyone picked up Minervas Den yet ? Suppose to contain around 4 - 6 hours of gameplay for 800 points and be pretty good.
I bought it but haven't played it yet, waiting to get a lend of my mates Bioshock 2 as I haven't bothered my arse to rebuy it yet

Completed the PC version over the weekend, actually really enjoyed it towards the end. It took ages for me to get into it.
Not as good as the first game though, simply for the originality factor. Playing the original with no prior knowledge was a pure joy. The whole opening sequence and introduction to Rapture is one of the best prologues in a game ever. |
