Two new Lost teasers concerning Hurley and his takeover of Mr.Clucks! One advert is US based but the other is Australian.
![]() Hmmm, parallel universes...? ![]() Is that Walt sitting down enjoying his Mr.Clucks about 0.36 on the Aussie vid??? ![]() ![]()

![]() I'm surprised no one's suggested Kate and Sawyer will be having an affair yet based on their relative positions.

Actually it looks like the Aussie one is just him promoting an Aussie special for his American restaurants. The accents are obviously crap for a reason

Lostpedia now has the UK airdate listed as 5th of February 9pm. They don't normally have the airdate listed until it has been confirmed so it looks like the earlier rumour that sky was moving Lost to Friday might actually be true. Seems like a strange decision but I'm happy with that as we'll get to see the episode only 3 days after it airs in North America.

Not sure how I feel about this http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/cult/s10...questions.html
If they don't answer questions about the island it will be very disappointing. |

^ I'm OK with it. As long as the big questions are answered I think having some aspects remaining open to interpretation / debate is a good thing. If you explain and rationalise everything that happens on the island it loses some of it's mystery and power.

It would be awful if there was a definitive "this is what it is and this is what it all means" answer as that won't satisfy and would probably be a tad too pat anyway. I think it's far better to keep an air of mystery for all time, like The Village in The Prisoner.
The Island is a force, a conduit, a setting. Does it really need explaining? |

The disappointment and backlash towards Lost after the last episode airs in May is going to be unprecedented.
![]() There is just literally no way they are going to end this on a full stop. 'Satisfying' is what I am hoping for, but to be honest, I'm not really expecting anymore of an answer to what has been going on than any other of the seasons finales.

Surely you can answer questions indirectly though, which i'm sure many will be. For instance, they can infer enough about the nature of the Island to let you draw your own conclusions from it without coming out and saying "This is exactly what it is!"

Its called the BAG-L325! It's quality. You can well imagine it hangin about with R2-D2. And when the fan is switched on it looks like it's scanning for life-forms like R2-D2 does on the ice world of Hoth when Luke Skywalker goes missing. Quality in moton. The other day it disappeared. I said, "where's the bag-l gone? have the jawas come to pick it up in the sandcrawler?" to which one of the girls in the office replied, "No, Les the porter!" —Captainchode |

I just want to see these characters encounter more craziness while reaching some sort of conclusion in their own personal arcs. I hope any answers they do give don't get in the way of that.

Fair enough if they leave the Donkey Wheel and the really ancient stuff and whatnot. None of that stuff can really be explained.. but I would like to be filled in some more on the Egyptian history, it seems that's all linked to Jacob and Evil Jacob and the reason for the miscarriages. The thing they really need to answer is who Jacob is, if they leave that unanswered it'll be annoying. I think I said in season 2 or 3 that we'd never get an answer to the numbers, there just isn't more they could come up with.
