I will still buy it mind you, but compared to all the other 3 albums it is more like the last album, a bit of a disapointment. Still at least the last one had some really cracking songs on it (not all, but plenty), and Shiver was pretty amazing. This new album has a few good ones at best, they are now the ones with good videos and pushed as singles I guess.

Still each to their own, many may love this new album, so best to hear for yourself as always

Given the reports, I'll save my cherry for something better.

I`ve heard a few tracks and they have all been pretty poor.

Oyrish version perhaps haha as far as I know they should only sell official UK CD's now after being taken to court over cheap imports, so will be interesting to see where it is from :S

It's not released in Ireland until next year as far as I know (was put back on their iTunes to 29th January) so I assume cd-wow are shipping European copies. They did have two versions of it on their site the other day when I looked. It was also mistakenly put for download on the UK iTunes, Amazon and 7Digital on Monday but has been taken off again now.

I'm loving the album. Not as good as 'White Lilies Island' but on par with 'Left Of The Middle' for me. Ordered the Japanese version for now for the bonus track. Will see if we get anything extra with the UK release next year.

Crikey that is high priase! see some like it, so dont let grumps like me put anyone off

I Love "Left of the Middle" and "White Lillies Island" pretty much no poor song on them, most outstanding songs.
"Counting Down The Days" I like and some songs are superb, but as a whole it is nowhere up there with the first 2 albums.

Come to Life? well so far I have tried many times and it just does not work for me like the ones before. Will keep at it mind you

I love all the individual tracks but it's taking me a while to get used to it as an album. Not sure the track ordering is particularly good. It's very much an album of two halves, not in terms of quality but style. And 'Wild About It' is a great closing track but I think it would benefit from a more upbeat song before it.

I was unsure about the production of the more electronic tracks at first as well but I'm warming to them. Probably because I'd heard them all live 3 times already and the bass was a lot heavier.

Considering her slow output rate I don't believe I can think of another artist I like that has done four albums in a row I could listen to without feeling the need to skip a track. And if you add in at least two albums worth of quality b-sides that's actually pretty good going.

Yup I have bought pretty much every single she has ever released on CD tonnes of them, and some of them B Sides are amazing. I still see the odd one once in a while I have not got for like 50p bargain.

Shikaiya is maybe one of the best songs she has ever done, a B Side from "That Day" blows my mind.

EDIT

Haha I just noticed my Avatar is Natalie never knew I was that obsessed.

Don't think they've actually bothered to announce this yet but three dates have gone on sale for early December today - Manchester, Birmingham and Cambridge. Finally a northern date

Not as far as I know. Her UK tour was pulled for 'personal reasons' a while back and the album was pulled at the last minute. Nothing heard from the Nat camp since.

Still shocking the more I think abouyt the situation, you would think something would at least be announced to the fans and public. Still seems a strange mess of a release, if and when it comes. Mind you downloads will decimate sales now I think, as surley everyone will own it on dodgy copy thats the biggest shame about it all, it will only effect sales in the UK.

Most people I know have bought the European release and a few of us imported from Japan for the bonus track. I don't think I'd buy the UK release at all now unless there's something extra on it as this whole thing has been such a mess here. No updates from her website or any of the social networking sites is just appauling. The release is still going ahead apparently though at the end of April I think it was.

As for the small tour I can't see the cancellation being for any other reason than poor ticket sales as it wasn't even exactly well advertised anywhere. The agency I bought my tickets from also messed up and included everybody's email address in the 'To' field when sending out the cancellation email and there wasn't that many addresses. All a bit disappointing really.
