Amazon.com - no more Post-Order Price Guarantee

Didn't see this mentioned anywhere else, sorry if I'm late to the party..

At the bottom of an e-mail responding to a Post-Order Price Guarantee claim I made at Amazon.com yesterday was the following:

Only orders placed before September 1, 2008 are eligible for a price difference refund under the Post-Order Price Guarantee policy. As of September 1, 2008 we are no longer offering discounts if prices change on our website after you make a purchase.
Not sure if this extends to Amazon.co.uk or not..
