Used this company around a year ago to buy all the bits I needed to build my first PC. They were excellent then (replaced my motherboard twice due to incompatibility problems) and they were excellent just now. Bought a Maxtor 80gb hard drive for my TiVo and it stopped working after a few hours. They phoned me this morning and agreed to send out a replacement hard drive tomorrow and pick up the faulty one next week. SUPERB service.

Sounds like they are getting better know what the punters want/expect from a etailer when it comes to faulty goods.

I remember though that Insight were once put on some blacklisted ip list and one couldn't access their site from JANET and NTL (I think).

Now all we need is Dabs and Simply to follow their lead :rolleyes: :brickwall

What ever you do, if they call you wanting you to open a business acount with them, politely tell them to jump.

They hound me ever other day wanting orders - and I ain't even OPENED an account with them.

I have now told the secretary to turn them away when they call - their worst was 4 calls in one day.
