Shamelessly stole this idea from elsewheres, but how about I create a gamertag for the league?

So rather than adding and deleting a load of gamertags at the start of every season, you just add the one gamertag, for example: 'TDF League' as a friend and then every person on TDF League's friends list will be someone from the league. It's really easy to invite someone to a game from another person's friends list; just 'View Profile' > 'Invite'

The only problem with doing it this way is that you won't get a notification when someone in your league has just signed in, but if people arrange when to play in this thread that shouldn't a problem.

I'll update the TDF League's friends list at the start of every season (or during if anyone needs to be removed/added) :thumbs:

I disagree. There are only about five 5-star international teams in the game, replacing one of them with a poor 4 1/2-star team doesn't make sense. The difference between Spain and Brazil is nothing compared to the difference between Brazil and Russia.

Yeesh! Only just noticed the selection of teams...

Would have preferred Club teams or 4* International I reckon. The difference between Spain and Russia is huge.

When I saw I had Croatia I hadn't realised everyone else was Brazil, Argentina, Italy etc. :lol:

Forgot to post these results last night:

It was a tale of penalties missed over these 2 games. With me missing both! First match was pretty evenly split though I felt I could have (and should have) won it but I was happy with the point.

Second game I felt more in control and was ready to blow a fuse when the ref gave me a penalty in the 2nd game. Why? Because I was about 2 yards out and blasted the ball into the net as he blew the whistle!! I think I got about 0.5 seconds of an advantage! When the penalty was saved I was even more ******! Just be thankful I never drew or lost that game as I would have went Incredible Hulk!!! :D

EDIT: Forgot to mention as well, when I started my matches, pretty much all my players had the wrong names!?! They looked like who they were supposed to (you could see that in the cutscenes or when you went to team management and clicked on them to bring up their stats) and the commentators would say "Tevez", "Messi" etc... but the names were all wrong!! Very weird but I sorted it be resetting the squads afterwards and then downloading the latest squad update again.

Going to disagree with this - i had over 60% possession but couldn't make much of it in the final third. Thought if anybody should have won, it was me.

Second game i had few complaints. Played a less rigid formation and was always at threat from your pacey forwards. At the other end Balotelli was getting out-run by all your defenders, which seemed a little off.

Pretty sure that was my first game with any international team, never mind Italy, in FIFA 11. Bit more practice needed methinks. Well played.

first game I was hammered and just couldnt score, second game I was 3-1 down in the 90th minute and managed to grab two goals in injury time. Nearly managed to be clear through for a fourth but passed to the wrong person and was offside.

First game was quite tight and both my goals owed to quick footwork from my strikers. Second game France scored in the 3rd minute with a bit of a freak goal. I equalised just after half-time but neither of us could win it despite missing some golden chances.

Dint deserve a point in the 2nd game and i almost won it when i hit the post late on. I almost won the first match at 2-2 and the croatian keeper pulled a right save off and he went up and scored. I gave up after that and lost 4-2. Well played mate.

I think both of these games were summed up by Argentina enjoying more possession but Croatia winning through some incisive attacking and good finishing. First game I won with 3 goals towards the end of the first half.

Second game was very bizarre. The first half was fairly quiet with me taking a lead after about 20 minutes from a rebound and then Argentina equalising just before half time. Argentina scored almost straight from the kick off in the second half but I equalised immediately afterwards. Argentia then scored again only for me to hit back with my next attack. My fourth was the most bizarre goal I have ever seen as the shot was scored by a player not under my control and then it seemed the game would crash during the celebration but eventually came back to life when I substituted the Modric who scored. I scored a fifth in the final minute so the final result was very flattering. I think a draw would have been a fair result.

I think not playing at all between the end of season 1 and the start of this has done a lot of good. Although maybe that is just because I had to play with Barnsley before :lol:

Your first goal was what got it started.

I tried to throw the ball to RM and hit my own centre back on the head with the ball dropping to you. The keeper was miles out of position so you had an easy tap in.

Crouch is rubbish in real life but you cant stop him getting onto headers in this!

The second game i had 15 shots, so it was my fault i lost.

Millerpat is struggling with his internet connection as he uses one of those dongle things, it keeps cutting out and lags a lot so i think he is going to have to drop out. If he had a good connection he would have fulfilled all fixtures without a doubt.
