Anyone going to see A-Ha?

We went to see A-Ha in Nottingham last night as an early xmas present to the other half, but she didn't bother gotting the book they were selling.

If anyone is going to see them would them maybe pick an extra one up and I will pay for it plus postage and a small thank you. I've tried ebay but nothing.

Hey simplemick, my girlfriend and I are going to see them in Cardiff this Thursday. I'll try and pick up a book for you - is it just the standard book they sell at these gigs? (I haven't been to a proper music gig in about 15 years!)

Its like a hard back program that was a retrospective of the 25 years, its got a-ha in black letters on the front.

Not sure how much they were, do you want me to send some money over up front, or pay when you get back. Either way you have made the wife very happy indeed.

i also went to see them in nottingham. they've always been one of my favourite bands and it was the 4th time i've seen them perform live since 1987. i thought the music - and performance in general - was great but they (a-ha) seemed to be a little bored by it all and probably couldn't wait until the end of the final concert in oslo. mags did most of the talking, morten uttered only a couple of words, and pal (as far as i remember) said nothing at all. would have preferred a bit more audience interaction, like they used to in the old days, but i suppose when they're going on 50 they're not bothered about that anymore. the mrs did suspect that eternally-young-looking morten has a self-portrait up in his attic at home, though!!

I thought this review here (http://www.thisisnottingham.co.uk/entertainmentnews/Morten-Harket-charismatic-men-pop-ha-Trent-FM-Arena/article-2921250-detail/article.html) got it about right, very good at what they do and the video wall was great, but little emotion really.

It was indeed. The woman next to us said it was only available at the concerts. I never even thought of looking on the web site!
