I did a search but I couldnt find anything else about this.

It's something from 1972 - idea was to show how hard it is for people who aren't native speakers to understand English in music. The entire song is written and performed by an italian singer, in absolute gibberish, designed to sound like English.

What it ends up being is half comedy half pioneering and SO BLEEDING CATCHY.

I am pretty sure that in 1972 music of this nature wasn't that developed.
