Just logged in to view my cart then checkout and it's asking me for all my personal details again. First time I've ever had to do that since I first ordered. Why should I have to do that if I'm logged in? Call me careful but I backed out and left the order, will mail them to check, esp after the last debarcle :rolleyes:

never ever had any problem with them, started using them after the cc fiasco (not soon after tho!!)... just received my Book of the Dead from them today....

for the cheapest R1 stuff.. you cant go wrong...

They're just upgrading their checkout system - it's nothing to be worried about.

The only catch of this new system is that the flexibility of adding titles to open orders has been removed due to problems with credit card authorisations.
