I've got a few debts (Personal loan with bank, overdrafts and recently a nasty pay day loan) I've worked out I can cover these with a £5000 loan.

Where would be the best place to get this loan was hoping for a 'instant decision' sort of one really...Also I can afford to pay it off within 6 months so don't want to be tied down for a year etc when I don't need to be!

Cheers

If you can afford to pay it back within 6 months then you may as well just pay off your existing debts in this timescale rather then take another loan to pay a loan.

Most lenders will give an instant decision so pick one with a low APR and go with that.

Santander are currently giving up to £5k 0% interest free over draft for 12 months if you transfer to use their current account.

Six months of Payday loan interest, ouch! No wonder you're after a loan with a low APR. You may have to go 12 months because I don't think 6 months is a standard term and they will have to work out a different APR for you.

Are your overdrafts authorised?

My payday loan wasn't 6 months it was a 1 month one that I had to carry over another month and was building up quite quickly!

The overdraft amounts are authorized, anyway I never actually got the loan as I found other sources of finance (i.e. selling my junk!) to help pay off the priority ones such as the payday one :)
