Used to read the Tv guide in the Guardian, which was excellent, as would point out several shows that were worth watching (sunday evening setting sky plus to record lots of shows for the week ahead).
Now I don't often buy papers I think I miss quite alot. I don't want to have to go through my sky planner everyday and read everything. Are there any online guides that people can recommend?

I use digiguide to have the TV listings on my PC, they also send out a weekly newsletter highlighting their picks of the week.

Cheers for that - there pick of the week section is pretty good, and along the lines of what i was looking for. And there is a show they highlighted tonight which looks like it's worth taping too :)

I currently use the radio times website although how good it is compared to others I couldn't say and I don't exactly plan my tv viewing much these days.
