What is a good share purchase at the moment

I have my three free share trades that I can use this week and need to consider what to buy for long term investment. Currently I am considering:

BP
Sainsburys
National Express
Tescos
Vodafone

Most are considered to be overweight.
Are there any other compies that I should consider?

i'm the same

was going to get 3 out of:

vodaphone (already have BT so not so diversified)
glaxo (pharm)
az (not sure which share this is)
rsa (insurance)
tate
pearsons (publishing)
uniliver
hsbc (banking, already got lloyds)
bae

(i already have tescos and BP and i am buying for dividend yield, not growth)

think i'll go for glaxo/tate and BAE for some more diversity.

Lloyds and RBS are worth a look.

I stay well away from FTSE shares, too safe...
