This isn't the first time Box Office have done this, they know they're mispricing something when they up it to their site. I had the criterion In The Mood For Love on preorder for £13 then got the mail about the mistake. If they had any common sense they'd honour the original price for those that took the time to preorder thus given them some good PR to other future customers. Bla bla bla... :D

well, they've just had a stinky e-mail from me
"Hmm,
Not very impressed at all. If this was a known error, I would have expected to be informed before this. I have now been waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, only to find out that I will now have to re-order through another site and wait for delivery again.
Why wasn't I informed earlier? Why is your error effecting me? Why would I use a company who I can't even trust to put up the right prices?
Answers to all of the above I expect in your e-mail confirmation of my order cancelation."

How long does it take for DVDBO to inform you of a pricing mistake?

Oh dear - hoping it only took a couple of days because that may mean my £9.70 odd order for The Usual Suspects: SE may well be under threat! :(

Sent something similar too :D
WHy take months to inform me of a price mistake when they must have known for all this time? They could easily have informed me straight away then I wouldn't have a problem with it.
Yup.
Ordered mine on 13 Dec 2001, and only now do they flag it(?) They did the exact same thing with Cowboy Bebop Perfect Collection... Grrrrrr
Now what we need is 5000 Kodak touting newbies to fight our fight. ;)
Anger.
