do they actually look like who there supposed to be ?.
I heard the ash figure isnt a very good likeness.
and I saw a picture of Movie Maniacs arnie as T2 and it didnt look at all like arnie for some reason.

the one on epic heroes for £13.99 seems to look really like him, think i shall invest in that bad boy

yeah, it does look like him.... i got the whole of movie maniacs 3 + 4, and also the 18" figure of ash and leatherface...

man.. these figures are addictive :)

what size is the £13.99 Ash?

The £14 Ash figures (you can get a Good Ash and Evil Ash, and also an Ash+Pit Monster now) all have a good likeness, and are roughly 6-7" tall.

The 18" Ash is the dogs gonads, with some sweet voice samples. Only need Leatherface to complete my 18" collection, can't stand the film though so its always put me off buying what is a great figure.

The reason Arnie looks cack is Arnold - I charge $80,000 for an Audio Commentary - Schwarzenegger would not allow his likeness to be used on the action figure (either he wanted too much $ or didn't like his face on a violent action figure) which is why the T800 figures have bashed up faces. There are still original pictures of how the figure looked in earlier incarnations (before it went on sale) doing the rounds though, and some stores still use it to advertise the figure :(

18" Arnie is tempting in the MM5 series, but from what I hear his eyes flash and his face is still bahed up, meaning Arnie still won't allow his likeness to be used and as such won't allow any voice samples (how cool would 'I'll Be Back, hastalavista baby' etc be!!)

Damn that sucks !.
The new movie maniacs figures contain both a T-800 Skeleton & a milltary Sarah Conner. Both look fantastic, but without Arnie to complete the set whats the point ?.:brickwall

it would be cool to see a john conner figure.... god know what he'd be doing tho..... riding the motorbike perhaps? :)

the 18" leatherface is v.cool... its also alot heavier than the 18" ash.. not that that matters much.

if only mcfarlane could get the rights to make monsters inc figures... lol.. the disney ones are absolute sh......

at least it was £200 :D..... cant wait till i goto america... can get the figures for about £6/7 each!!!
