No it's not a new film but as nobody seems to have spotted it this is just a welcome to our new forum moderator carrot_girl :)

She's just going through the initiation ceremony back at Central Command and she's been asked to kick you-know-what with you lot. So be warned!

I thought that was the sole criteria for becoming a mod these days? Either that or being under 25.

Then again, the average student I remember at college/poly never did any bleedin work anyway so they've probably got plenty of time to fester in their beds and blow study time on the forums.

I think these sort of things should be put to a vote really rather than being chosen by a 'commitee'. Give the members a choice of say 5 people to pick from to be a mod. No excuse not to given the facility to post a POLL is there within the forums software.
