Can you name this series?

Can anyone remember an American series from the 90's or early 00's which was about a guy inheriting his fathers company and becoming a millionaire playboy/CEO. He normally had a female bodyguard and his best childhood friend (who now works for him) in tow and would get in scrapes/fight crime every week.
I remember it being really cheesy fun (and probably short lived) but can't for the life of me remember the title and can't find it via google.
It reminded me a bit of Raven if that helps.

I had another look but can still only find them with Dutch subtitles plastered over half the screen. Really bugs me when you want to buy a series but it's not on dvd.
