Not sure which forum this should go in but I am looking for a dvd player for the car. Would prefer one that attaches to the back of the head restraint and also that plays divx. A dual screen (two players and two screens) would be good too. I like the look of the nextbase click and go

But it is very expensive at around £150 for a single screen.
Failing that, has anyone tried the car case/harness things that go inbetween the front seats? I could just get one of those and use my netbook instead of getting a dvd player.
Our son is quite happy with his £45 ASDA own brand.
It has its drawbacks, but a great piece of kit for the price.
Don't know of there's a dual screen version, but the case/seat attachment works fine.

coby twin dvd player (http://www.thedvdforums.com/affiliatelink.php?localaffiliateid=53&url=http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_750405_langId_-1_categoryId_165743)
The above is the one i have in my car and i'm very happy with it, 2 screens but only 1 player so both have to watch the same thing (saying that for 30-40 more you could buy two single players instead....)
I just stuck a 16gb usb stick in it full of movies and it plays everything, can also play from SD. Has a remote and bright good quality screens. One of the screens has a battery (the main unit with the dvd player built in) that lasts about 2hrs if not plugged in.
Also has an AV in which is handy for attaching a psOne to :)

thanks for the replies. I did look at that coby one but was sure that one of the reviews so you had to take it off of the headrest mount to change the DVD but I could well be wrong. Also that it did not come with a carry case.
In the end I went for this nextbase twin one (http://www.thedvdforums.com/affiliatelink.php?localaffiliateid=8&url=http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B001F50LIA/thedvdforums-21) which looks to pretty much the same as the coby one but comes with a nice case to put all the stuff in. My only gripes with it are that although it resumes playback on DVDs it does not for divx files and that the file naming appears to be limited to 8 characters which is a bit rubbish these days. I think my first DVD divx player did that kind of thing.
