Can someone tell me what they are like for;
delivery times
after sales service
and customer relations?

I want to get the Marantz sr6200 and they have it for £355.01

I used them 3 times over the last 2 years. I ordered 32" TV, Washing Machine and a DVD System.

I think the site is owned by Miller Brothers (same layout but different prices!) and your order will be sent to your local Miller Brothers shop for delivery to your house. Your delivery will fit into the shops delivery pattern for that week. That is how my orders were dealt with in Glasgow. I waited 1 - 1.5 weeks from order.

I cannot comment on their after sales and CS because I have needed to deal with them again.

Have they actually got any 6200s in stock though? You might want to pay a little extra and get one from Justin @ UH, at least you know you'll get good service then.

I ordered a set of Eltax Silverado speakers and had nothing but great service off them. I would reccommend them to anyone who asked

I ordered the Eltax Stargate X1 from them.
One speaker had damaged connections which they replaced immediately without fuss and without having to unwire and repack the whole package.
I would use them again and would recommend them.

I have ordered the Marantz from another site, they price matched qed and have a 2 year warrenty and free delivery. Will have to wait a few days for next lot of stock, but I can't afford the speakers til nex month and only wanted it now before the price hike on monday
