Hi,

I have just bought a Limit DVD from Richer Sounds.

I cannot find any reviews for this model.

Anybody know anything about it.

It's my first DVd and I have nothing to compare it with apart from a Acoustic Solutions that I returned due to Laser problems.

I keep thinking I should swap it for a reputable name eg Sony

I want 5.1 and Multi Region

Any Ideas ?

Thanks

As mentioned above I had an acoustic solutions dvd player that iReturned.

The picture quality on the Limit is brighter, does this mean it's better ?

What sub £200 player should I go for that has Multi Region and 5.1 sound ?

Please help !

it aint got onboard dd decoding, does that matter to you? (this is assuming the info on the richer site is correct, it often isnt.)

only swap it if you are not happy with it.

or, if you think it is ok but you will want something better within a few months then swap it for something better now.

richer sometimes do the toshiba sd210e - get that.

certainly looks nice, and its SACD isn't it?

but i would encourage you to think of the toshiba sd210e and the pioneer..... 747????? sure someone will remind me of the model, but these two are regarded by a lot of people to be the best in this price bracket.

sure the sony would be cool though and it looks the business!!

ps - the Tosh is listed as £190 on the richer site, multiregion, which is a bargain.
