Great film, never looked or sounded better, but the extras are a bit crap.
The Feature is from back when the film was made, and the interviews are nothing great.
Perhaps a new documentory would have been better.
The commentery is quite good though, but a second one from the director would have been even better.
But for £14.69 I,ts a steal.
Be warned though take care of the box it comes in, very easily damaged.

Which region did you get? I've got the R4 and it comes in a thick clear plastic sleeve.

R2.
The disks com in a digipak like the matrix 2 disk set but not as sturdy, the n you have to put in a flimsey clear sleeve.
Very cheap but like i said for £14.39 i,ts the film i want.

The R1 version is better (Rewind Comparision), I got mine back in September and it's a blooming good DVD especially the DTS sountrack the R2 hasn't got.

As was metioned in a previous post, the R2 version is cut (Not by the BBFC).
The Region 1 is better, and has DTS sound, released last year.
£12.50 delivered, from AB Sound, when they stock in !!

Is it DEFINITE that the R2 version has been cut? I've read previous threads on this topic and it's always seemed pretty inconclusive to me whether the movie has / hasn't been trimmed (by the studio or BBFC).

I love this film, so only the definitive version on DVD will do, whatever the region (btw I'm non too bothered by DTS). So if anyone has the final word on this cut/uncut business, I'd be forever grateful!

Cheers

Well, the DVD has a longer running time than the previous video version...... Not sure how it CAN be cut. Not seen it yet, though.

I was wondering if there was ever a movie soundtrack released on cd of this great movie and if so can it still be obtained.
