I've got a Denon 1602 AV amp and the volume doesn't seem to go down very low.

As you turn it down, it gets to -60dB and then cuts out with -- in the display. However, -60dB isn't particularly quite but you can't get it any quieter.

Has anyone else got one and seen this? Its a pain because I can't get my PS2 very quiet at all.

I've not got a 1602 but I suspect that if you go into the speaker setup menu you will be able to reduce the output of each speaker by at least another 10db. With a bit of luck that should be enough.

Now you mention that, I think there are settings like that. I'll have a look at home tonight.
