Hi folks,
Been asked to see if I can make a simple promo video for a music teaching course's website of literally couple mins, but wondering what I need to do to make sure it doesn't end up looking like something someone would do with their holiday videos straight out of wnidows movie maker.
My camcorder is only a simple Toshiba 720p MPEG4 jobby and I have just picked up a half decent tripod - I think I'm quite comfortable with the techy side of it - used Premiere yonks ago with hardwork analogue conversions and capture - but I'm after tips to make sure I don't do amaturish screen fades n stuff.
I guess I should storyboard it and decide on different camera angles and scene changes.
Just after some common schoolboy error tips really!
edit - oh I'm gonna try out Premiere Elements to do this - that any good?
Cheers!
Steve
