Is this film available officially on DVD?

I am looking for a film which Channel 4 screened sometime in the 1990s I think. They broadcasted it in Chinese with English subs.

It's called Ermo, and it was released in 1994. It apparently has a '12' certificate.

Is this available on DVD anywhere in the OAR? :)

I think there is a laserdisc version of this film about. I don't have an LD player though.
