Where to get empty double Amaray cases.

Apologies as I'm sure this has been answered before, but I can't find it using the search function.

Where can I get empty double Amaray cases from, as my Jay and Silent Bob has arrived with the spindles holding the discs snapped.

This is the double thickness cases - not the ones with an inner 'flap' like The Phantom Menace, but the ones that open up both sides like the ones the R1 Disney double disc releases come in.

It's a double 'alpha' you want then, cos 'amarays' have the flaps.
