lost signal from both LNB's today. Happened last week as well, when we had heavy snow, but rebooting the box, with a mains reset brought them back. Tried the same today, again its heavy snow, but so far nothing, also when I look at my planner, I have no recordings and if I try to cursor down, I get searching for listings come up. Are you normally only able to see recordings if you have a valid signal?

Ours did this. Snow on the dish causes loss of signal. Our planner stayed populated for a couple of days and then went blank. As soon as I cleared the snow from the dish and rebooted the HD box the planer recordings re-appeared.

When i worked for a cable TV company years ago we had a special broom set aside to go and clear the Satellite dishes when it snowed.

thanks for that, cant see any snow on the dish, but it is dark out. I'll check in the morning. Can't understand why I cant see my recordings though.

A signal is required for your Sky box to check the subscription details on your Sky card and decide whether you are entitled to view the recordings in the planner or not.
