Billy Liar, widescreen?

Was pleasantly surprised to discover Billy Liar was recently released, and not too dear either (£9.99 at Play (http://194.193.248.139/play247.asp?page=title&r=R2&title=98770)) -- thanks Studio Canal.

But, is it OAR? Which rightly should be 2.35:1. Does anybody know?

I looked at the cover in a shop the other day & that said 2.35:1, so you never know. :)

I suspect it's exactly the same transfer as on the Criterion - which if I remember rightly also opens with the Studio Canal logo.

The Criterion extras are a fair bit better, though (particularly the commentary) - but obviously you pay extra for those!

I think the R2 is extras free though (not that that's the end of the world mind)
