Since The Shield has finished, Dolls House and The Unit, I'm watching less and less TV, even though I tend to love it :(

24, True Blood, Fringe and occasionally Heroes are about it. Anything else you guys would recommend that's less than a season or two old?

Just recently watched 'Eastbound and Down' and thought it was brilliantly funny. New series this year I think too.

If you liked the Shield give Sons Of Anarchy a try.

Well I started watching Supernatural due to the other thread and I have watched 4 seasons over the last few weeks and it one show that consistently gets better as it goes on. A perfect blend of humour and action.

Also can highly recommend Entourage there is no better feel good show on TV.

I take it you have seen the usual culprits like Lost, Sopranos, BSG, B5, Buffy, 24?

I also have the first season of Dexter that I've not really watched yet! I think I'll have to look at my DVD collection more carefully in future :)

Will look in to Sons of Anarchy for me and the girlfriend. (she loved The Shield)

It's nothing like Sopranos. It's watchable but not fit to lick it's boots.

I thought that show was great, my wife hated it though.

At the start I absolutely hated the main character but you end up rooting for him a few episodes in.
