its available in france but thats probably no use, as there it doesn't have the english language track and im not sure if it has subtitles in english either

...did you see the word anglais (the French word for English) or the abbreviation en anywhere on the site I referred to? ... right! you didn't, so - No - there's no English to be found on the disc...

...to show you what a French DVD release of a movie with English-language soundtrack(s) looks like, I give you this:

...note that this French disc set of A.i. also features an it (= short for italien) soundtrack as well as a fr (= short for français) soundtrack...
