Not sure which you want, but for the cheapest, you can't go far wrong with this;

Theirs is just 25 quid. You will need some sort of compact flash reader/writer, but if you have a laptop you can use a PCMCIA adapter, or one of the cheapie (8 quid) readers from ebuyer of similar if you have a PC.

CFC 128mb will be about 40 quid on top.
