"I'm Telling You For The Last Time" is already out - it's a live performance of his older stuff (the last show before he retired it) and it's excellent.
As far as the series goes - I read that he was asked this in the question and answer sections on his recent tour, and he said "not any time soon"
The story is that it's making too much in syndication - not sure if this really holds water as Friends is out and in the UK is more popular than Seinfeld. Apparently, Turner have bought the syndication rights in the US and they may have something in the contract that prevents its release :(

I'm looking out for it in other countries - Oz had some episodes out on video a while ago, so there is some chance we'll be able to import it from somewhere. No luck as yet though.

I WANT THEM ALL - ALL OF THEM...NOW!

Worldwide, Seinfeld makes more in syndication than Friends does , so no DVD release for a while.

Probably out within the next 5 years.

There's an R4 DVD, "Saturday Night Live: The Best Of Jerry Seinfeld" which might tide you over for a bit; cheapest I found it on DVDPriceCheck was £8.29 from http://www.dvdguide.com.au/ -- as for the "...Telling You..." DVD, the cheapest seems to be £8.71 from DVDBO.
