The Big Boss new cover ?

on HKLs website it says you can find out about the new black cover on the new press release, i cant find any info on it.

and how come there is a new cover anyway ?

The black cover has been available for ages.
It was changed to black so that it matched the other Bruce Lee titles from HKL.
If you want the black cover, I think you need to send £2 to HKL and they will post it to you.

The Big Boss Changing the Blue Cover to Black 27th October 2001 In response to the overwhelming number of enquiries we have received from our valued customers wishing to purchase the alternative Black variation artwork for 'The Big Boss: Special Collectors Edition', we have decided to put the following procedure in place.
If the original blue sleeve is sent to Hong Kong Legends (Address supplied below) together with a payment of £1.99 (UK Residents) or £2.99 (Overseas Residents) to cover Postage & Packing, the new black variation will be supplied by return.

Or just buy a copy from HMV, swap the covers, and take it back for a refund (just remember to keep the receipt) ;)
