What have you got and what do you think of it?
I am looking at replacing an SD Panasonic PWD6 display which I bought a few years back and the What Hi-fi award winning Samsung 46B8000 looks very nice indeed. 3cm thick and one screw to wall mount.
I also see they do a slim 50" plasma but I've yet to find anywhere to look at one.
Would be using it with PS3 for bluray and SkyHD.
TIA

i have a slim 7 series samsung lcd tv with the led back lighting and its mounted on the wall with a thin mount and looks great. The tv shows off bright hd images very well, however it has a few niggles due to the way technology works. The first is clouding which is coming from the edge mounted led`s and you can notice it on say the black bars when watching scope movies, you can calibrate the tv so you hardly notice it, but its still there. The other is dynamic dimming and you notice this when an an image goes from realy bright to dark you notice the whole pannel dimming to improve the black level, however this can cause ither problems such as white text starts to look greyish.

Thanks chas, whilst browsing this arvo I noticed the PS50B850 (http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/tv-audio-video/television/plasma-tv/PS50B850Y1WXXU/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail) - seems good value at between £1050 and £1200 and is plasma (which I'm used to).
Damn AVF and their threads tho, apparently it suffers from 'buzzing'!
