Hi there.Just wondering which version of Face Off should i get.

R1. uncut, good anamorphic transfer!

R2 is cut, it's only a couple of scenes I think involving butterfly knives. But all the same it's cut. R1 is uncut. Not sure about R4 to be honest. But I'm sure someone will.

the R4 Face Off has recently been passed uncut - the new version is uncut, anamorphic, PAL, lah di dah, etc.....

If PAL is a big deal for you, go for Oz, plus it's at a great price at the mo from the usual suspects - EzyDVD, Devoted, Crave, etc.

Thats just what i did.I got it from Devoted for £6.50ish.
I am still wondering if it's anamorphic.

Hi, Excuse my Ignorance.

The version on Devoted says it plays on R2 and R4. Does this mean it will play on an unmodded player. Also, what sort of delivery time is it for 1 disc and would you have a padded bag for extra.

not 100% on the region coding, but I find Devoted the best R4 supplier - most discs turn up within about 4 or 5 days. I personally have not had any problems with the cheapest unpadded envelopes although others here say they've had cracked amarays, etc.

I'm sure someone can confirm the region coding issue....
