Has anyone tried to cancel a pre-order from ********* ?

As the title says, has anyone managed to cancel a pre-order from ********* ?. There is no way to do it on-line, and the Ts+Cs seem to say you cant.

Yes you can cancel a pre-order...do it via e-mail, but you'll have to e-mail them, then e-mail them, and then e-mail them again just make sure you get confirmation that the order has been cancelled and don't give up :D
