Burn - Avoid

If your buying games from Australia, stick with dvdcrave and don't make the mistake of ordering from Burn. I placed an order for a game, and after 2 weeks it still hadn't been dispatched. I asked to cancel the order and was told that if I did this I would be charged 15% of the order cost as they had to pre-order the game for me. There was nothing on the website to say that this game was not in stock.
