anotheruniverse.com - any good?

I am quite interested in the "My So Called Life" DVD set exclusively available through anotheruniverse.com and have never used them before.

What are peoples experiences with these guys?

Are they customs friendly, speedy delivery, etc?

Any comments would be greatfully be recieved.

I used them a few years ago for a few action figures - total value came in at around the £18 mark so I can't confirm if they are customs friendly (although it arrived without any fees) but I was certainly impressed with the speedy delivery.

Of course I've never used them again due to the ridiculous price hike in P&P charges to the UK.

i used them a few times a coup;le of years back (i beleive they went bust and were bought out about 18 months back), and they were usually ok.

they are not customs friendly AFAIK, as when i ordered about £100 of stuff i got caught by customs :(
