I've just watched the R1 of this film.
Not the most exciting movie I've ever seen but well made and beautifully played by Anthony Hopkins and the child actors.
A nice coming of age story that reminded me a little of stand by me. Certainly worth watching as long as you don't expect too much.

Well there's a 30 minute interview, and a commentary by the director, and the trailer, hardly *bare* but nope certainly not packed

i think it's got as many extra features as it needs.. and from what i've heard the commentary is meant to be a good one.. i personally get tired of discs filled with useless extra material.. honestly who has the time!!!?? a good interview/docu and a good commentary are more than enough i think :)
