Is the region 1 Special Edition RCE ?

The last few have

Ghosts of Mars
Final Fantasy
Knights Tale

Chances are that THe One will be RCE, but can someone confirm this.

I got this on yesterday and it played on my dvd player, which cannot play region 1 dvds from certain distributors like fox. So I think it isn't RCE but not 100% sure.

Being a Columbia Tristar DVD I assumed that 'The One' would also be RCE encoded, I got mine the other day. And I'm pleased to tell you that 'The One' is DEFINATELY NOT RCE encoded, because when I inserted the disc the RCE map screen did not come up.

I have a Pioneer 626D which initially has a problem with RCE discs, but I can easily get around RCE using the disc swap method (insert non RCE disc first, follow by the RCE disc). I have about 4 RCE encoded discs.
