After a long wait, Buena Vista has announced the specs for last year's scary smash The Others, due to hit DVD on 5/18. This two disc set boasts a 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer, English Dolby Digital and DTS 5.1 tracks with additional French and Spanish dubs and subtitles, and a second disc full of extras, including "A Look Inside The Others" full-length documentary, additional "Visual EFX" and "XP" featurettes, the original EPK, trailers and TV spots. Retail is $29.95

Super duper!! Far too many good releases in April, May and June for bank balance to handle! :nuts:

good news on the DTS track - the R3 sounds soooo good....glad it's been included.

Anyone else think this release could possibly be a future contender for a Vista Series make over?? despite it already having a DTS track!.

hmm, 2 discs, DTS, sounds familiar.......it'd look nice next to Tombstone, Sixth Sense and Unbreakable! :)
