DVD Box Office Returns.

Received Suspiria from them this morning. Unfortunately it arrived in a bad state (tear in back cover & something rattling inside). Anyone know what the turn around time is with returns (weeks, months ????).

i received a faulty disc from them about 10 days ago.mailed them and they replied promptly with return details.done this and got a mail from them yesterday advising replacement on the way.not bad..but this was a disc fault,with packaging they may be different.there is another thread somewhere about another guy who got a damaged suspiria,he mailed anchor bay who sent him a replacement by courier..

I had a problem with a DVDBoxOffice disk about a year ago. I mailed it back to them (just the disc, not the packaging), and had a replacement in about a fortnight. They also refunded the cost of returning the faulty disc. All in all, pretty impressive.

Not sure what they'd do with damaged packaging, but it would be fairly similar, I expect.

I got the new Tron 2 disc edition from them.. only it arrived with 2xDisc 2. Odd, since it was shrink-wrapped - but anyway, in answer to your query:

Got a reply via e-mail about what to do within a day of my asking. Only had to send the duplicate disc back to reduce postage (cost £1.30ish I think) - that was to Canada. I believe they re-post via France most of the time?

Anyway, one shiny disc 1 arrived about a fortnight later in a blank amarey case.

Didn't notice any sign of a refund on my postage - but I'm not complaining.
