I ordered two items from a fitness supplier. One item was delivered and signed for by my mother as i was at work.
When the big item didnt show, i contacted the supplier who told me it had been and that they had a singed delivery note for two items.
I said obviously a mistake, my mother checked that there wasnt a further item on the van that day and was told no.
Apprently the depot have performed a search. The driver says he remembers delivering two items, the courier hasnt let them down in the past, so i must be lying and as they have a signed delivery note for two items... tough.
The delivery note, has a column for number of items, weight, etc. The 2 is clearly printed in the weight column. The number of items column being left blank. As far as im concerned this would be my only real point to get my missing £300 item.
Any advice on this matter would be appreciated.
