I see this is up for a region 2 relase soon, but not a region 1.
Does anybody know why & if its due to be a 2 disc se on R1 sometime?

its not listed as a "platinum" title so probably won't make a 2 disc SE (it coul dbe a one disc SE like the recent Peter Pan release). It will be released on R1 at some point tho..
