No more noticable than it was when I watched it on Channel 4 on my WSTV!

Picture quality is perfect and the extra's are great (deleted scenes from the episodes, running commentaries etc.)

Buy it!

I'd go along with Garry. A fantastic set and I just play it in 4x3 on my Widesreen TV and it looks stunning.

Thought the commentaries were pretty decent, better than the Simpsons Season One box, which I gave up on after about three episodes.

Is it true that the sound is 2.0 or is it 5.1? I also heard that there aren't commentaries on every episode, it that right?

I might wait for the US release, it'll be worth it if it is in 5.1, plus I've got no dosh...

it is admittedly 2.0, but it sounds fantastic! Add to that the superb picture quality, it's a real winner......

true, it's R2 price, but it might be a while until it's out on R1.

Could be a while (years maybe?)considering the length of the syndication rights it has.

There are commentaries for every episode.

I think it could be a couple of years before it appears on R1, syndication slows everything down over there.

Yeah I know synication is a real bitch, but I would have thought that something like Futurama would be close to reaching synication soon (if Fox don't cancel it).

I'm just surprised that the Simpsons gets 5.1 and Futurama doesn't. I would think Simpsons 5.1 would be a Fox US idea rather then UK (eg. Family Guy) so thats one assumption thats (barely) keep the money in my pocket.

I've got plenty to keep me going while I wait for Futurama to appear R1, I seem to end-up with all Buffy-related releases on or before the release date, The Simpsons will also be added quickly to my collection, any new Family Guy releases, Only Fools, etc, etc. and god help me if I get a season of the X-Files or The Sopranos somewhere cheap 'cos then I'll have to get the lot. Larry Sanders will be with me soon and so will Oz. Maybe I can exercise some will-power with Futurama...

VERY UNLIKELY
