Unless I'm mistaken, would the following order be correct in terms of storyline chronology?

Pluto Campaign
Hydora Campaign
Tophet Campaign
Tesca Campaign (strange this one came out second, I was disoriented for a while since I watched this before Tophet and was wondering why Colonel T'fai was fighting against the Roughnecks in Tophet)

Anyone know if this completes the collection? I read there were 40 episodes in total.

Yes this is the correct order for the DVDs and means we now have the first 20 eps released. Hopefully Columbia will release the rest of the series if the latest two DVDs (Hydora & Tophet) sell well, the first two must have done well for these to to get released so here's hoping.

Of the 40 eps wasn't there only 38 made? Aren't the final two episodes as yet uncompleted, anyone know?
